Shipping processing time: 

We strive to get your items ready for shipment right away, as long as the items you've purchased are in stock. Our operational hours are at 10.00 AM - 5.00 PM. If we are experiencing high volume orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Terms & Conditions: 

• Carefully review your order before confirming it, as changes or cancellations will not be possible once the order has been placed.

• Our local orders will be shipped with JNE shipping.

• Orders received before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the  same day. After this cut-off time is processed on the next working day.

To track order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Monitor your order status in JNE Tracking Package

Pick up at Aesthetic Pleasure Warehouse & Showroom

1. Complete the form in checkout page and choose "Pick up in store" on delivery.

2. After finishing your payment, contact our customer service that you will arrange to pick up the order. Please note: inform your name, order number, estimate pick up time and the delivery provider type you choose, or you want to pick up by yourself.

3. Please be sure that the complete pick up address are inform di in the check out page.

4. Delivery cost by chosen provider will be customer's responsible.

5. Our team will inform you once the item can be picked up.

6. You may pick up at Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We didn't shipped after that cut-off time.
   
   
   For deliveries outside of Pulau Jawa, kindly reach out to our admin directly to inquire about adjusted shipping costs.
