Terms & Condition

Before returning the item, please be sure that your return meet the requirements: 

• All returns must be made within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

• Please pack the items with original packaging, invoice, tags, and label attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

• Shoes being returned need to be shipped with the original shoe box and paper bag. Damaged shoes or shoe boxes will not be accepted.

• We do not accept the original packaging (tote bag/shoe box) with postage stickers attached. 

• Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

• We reserve the right to deny any return based on its condition upon return. The unacceptable items will be returned to you at your own expense.

• No returns on SALE items.

• Your return will be processed within a maximum 7 business days from the time we have received the items.
